Kelli Berglund is a triple threat-actress, dancer and singer. She began her career at a young age, gracing the small screen as a series regular on TLC's "Hip Hop Harry" and appeared on Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader, and America's Next Producer and in commercials like Old Navy, Hyundai, Bratz, McDonald's and Mattel and several others.
Kelli is probably most recognized from her series regular role on Disney XD’s hit series Lab Rats. When not working on the set, Kelli loves to spend time with her younger sister, who is also an exceptional dancer. She loves fashion, and loves shopping. She choreographs dance moves with her high school team, creates and edits cool videos, and is a budding photographer as well.
We sat down with Kelli to find out what her school experience was like as she shared several memories with us and even gave us a few studying tips to pass along to you.
What were you most excited about when returning to school every year? My favorite part of returning to the school year was always going back-to-school shopping! I loved choosing all the different supplies I needed like binders, notebooks, pencils, and more! It was always a good reminder that it's time for a new school year...and a fresh start!
What type of student are you in school? I'm a very hardworking student. I do my best to keep good grades and complete all of my work. When I put my mind to something, I can get it done in no time! I'm also very creative when it comes to things like writing or art projects.
What is your favorite subject? Science is definitely my favorite subject. I'm all about the experiments and labs!
Who was your favorite teacher? My favorite teacher was my Sophomore year Chemistry teacher, Mr. Walden. He was an amazing teacher and really taught me a lot. Not to mention the class was extremely fun, as well!

Do you have any study tips you could share with our readers? A study habit that I stick to is to put away my cell phone! It really can become a distraction if you're constantly texting, scrolling through your music, or checking Twitter and Instagram (my bad habits). Whenever I put the electronics away, it puts my mind into focus and helps me power through my school work.
What’s the funniest school memory you could share? On the very first day of high school, I walked into the wrong class! It was extremely embarrassing and I could only imagine how flushed my face was, but I just laughed it off. That's all you can do!
What are some of your favorite healthy snacks foods? I'm constantly eating fruit.. so I love things like apples, strawberries, tangerines, and grapes. I also love my share of veggies; Asparagus is my favorite! (trust me, it's delicious!).
Do you recall the first thing wanted to be when you grew up? When I was in elementary school, I was determined to be a professional dancer when I grew up. To this day, I still think it would be awesome to incorporate some of my dancing skills into an acting role.
What is your favorite type of text speak (LOL, IDK, IKR, etc…)? Some text lingo that I love using is "BRB," "LOL," and of course, "OMG!"
Did you participate in any afterschool programs, sports teams or clubs? During my first two years of high school, I was a member of the school dance team. We performed at rallies, football games, and basketball games! It was such a fun experience and I made close friends with so many people. I was also involved in a charity-like group called "Pay It Forward." We donated our time to perform good deeds in the community and help out others.
Where is your favorite place to shop for back to school? I always do two types of back to school shopping. I shop for clothes, and I shop for new supplies! For clothes, I love stores like Urban Outfitters, Brandy Melville, Free People, and Nordstrom. For my school supplies, I usually visit my local Staples. They always have everything I need!
