Decaydance/Columbia Records recording artists Hey Monday released their music video for I Don't Wanna Dance, which was directed by Peter Papahadjopoulos, today on MTV. Hey Monday is made up of Cassadee Pope (guitar/lead vocals), Mike Gentile (lead guitar/vocals), Alex Lipshaw (rhythm guitar/vocals) and Michael "Jersey" Moriarty (bass/vocals). You can purchase their single I Don't Wanna Dance right now on iTunes and look for their EP Beneath It All to drop on August 17th. The second episode of 18 To Life is scheduled to air on The CW on August 10th. Here is a brief summary and photos from the episode titled "No Strings Attached." With newlyweds Tom (Michael Seater) and Jessie (Stacey Farber), waking up in separate beds, it’s clear they need their own pad. Luckily Ben (Peter Keleghan) has a plan – the recently abandoned granny suite in the attic. But the suite has a price, which Tom and Jessie discover includes an unfortunate granny smell and constant interruptions in the bedroom. To break away from their parents, Tom decides to quit college and turn his attention to finding an affordable apartment. But with little money, he’s forced to turn to his best friend Carter (Jesse Rath), who lets them crash at his party pad. However, Tom’s still bruised by the revelation that Carter once slept with Jessie. Carter’s still bruised by the fact that Tom’s marriage has derailed their plans to room together. It all comes to a head when a fight breaks out between the two friends. Homeless again, Jessie and Tom return to their respective rooms, back to square one. The Canadian series 18 to Life will debut on The CW next Tuesday, August 3rd. The first episode titled "A Modest Proposal" will introduce the lead characters and will set the grounds for the series. When an escalating game of truth-or-dare gets out of hand, 18-year-old Tom Bellow (Michael Seater) spontaneously proposes to Jessie Hill (Stacey Farber), the girl next door. Little does he realize Jessie’s up for the challenge, and the two are suddenly engaged. Though Jessie’s family seems disinterested, Tom’s is another story. Using every arsenal at their disposal, Ben (Peter Keleghan) and Judith Bellow (Ellen David) try to reverse their son’s insane decision. But their efforts backfire disastrously by driving the newlyweds closer. When Jessie’s father exposes his own laid-back attitude towards the marriage as a front, the four parents form a reluctant alliance, pretending to throw their full support behind the wedding in the hopes that it will frighten the kids into calling the engagement off. But Tom and Jessie catch on to their plan and spin it to their advantage. Trouble is, with no parental barriers, the young lovers begin to have second thoughts. Stefanie Scott attended the premiere of her new film Flipped yesterday in Los Angeles, which stars Madeline Caroll, Aidan Quinn, Callan McAullife, Penelope Ann Miller, Rebecca De Mornay, Anthony Edwards. Stefanie plays Dana Tressler in the film, which was and directed by Rob Reiner. Check out some of these photos of Stefanie at the premiere yesterday. Flipped opens in theaters nationwide on August 6th. Stefanie can be seen next in a film with Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman portraying a young Natalie Portman. The title is currently labeled as the "Untitled Ivan Reitman Project" and is scheduled to be released in January 2011.

TeenNick Chairman Nick Cannon grants viewers VIP entrance into the hottest scene around with The Nightlife, four summer specials featuring the latest trends in fashion, music, dance and entertainment, airing every Thursday night in August from 9:30-10 p.m. (ET). The Nightlife will feature celebrity guests, including Ice Cube, Anna Kendrick, Travie McCoy, New Boyz, Brandon Routh and T.I., in an exclusive club setting with a grooving dance floor DJ’d by Cannon himself.
“Music is such an important and exciting part of teens' lives and something I'm passionate about, too,” said Nick Cannon, Chairman, TeenNick. “I really wanted to bring some of that live energy and excitement to TeenNick; The Nightlife is my weekly dance party, just for them.”
